As a Senior Property Officer at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing commercial real estate portfolios, where your strategic oversight directly impacts property performance and client satisfaction. This role combines hands-on operational management with leadership responsibilities, placing you in a position to drive operational excellence across assigned properties while mentoring the next generation of property management professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing asset value, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that meet and exceed client expectations in Singapore's dynamic commercial real estate market.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction and service delivery standards
Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to maintain profitability targets and identify areas for cost optimization
Coordinate capital improvement projects and major maintenance initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining property standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration
Lead and mentor junior property management staff, providing guidance on daily operations, problem-solving, and professional development
Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, accounting, and leasing teams to ensure integrated property operations
Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Diploma (3 years minimum) & NITEC (5 years minimum) experience in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, and Architecture
Preferred Certifications: FSM, WSQ MWAH or any relevant WSH certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service delivery
Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to mentor and guide junior team members
