Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer - Junior
Manufacturing & Process Industries
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Tai Seng
Basic Salary: $3500 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team by recommending suitable automation and process control solutions.

• Assist in system configuration, PLC programming, testing, and on-site commissioning.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites, ensuring timely service support.

• Prepare engineering documentation, including BOMs, technical drawings, and project records.

• Support project coordination, scheduling, and SAP data entry for assigned projects.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training when required.

• Assist in developing and improving standard system solutions for industrial automation applications.

• Support assembly, testing, and other engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in manufacturing, chemical, waste management, pharmaceutical, F&B, or other industrial plant environments.

• Basic knowledge of PLC, industrial automation, or control systems.

• Good communication skills and willing to travel for on-site commissioning and support.
