Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events (F&B experience)
· Responsible for all VIP visits and their good deployment
Responsible for F&B service for VIP visits and lunches
· Ensure all kitchen / F&B service team is on target with deadlines relative to upcoming events / visits
· Ensure all events / VIP visits are ORX 30 minutes prior to guests’ arrival
· Responsible for weekly Academy cleaning walkthrough and follow up on campus cleanliness.
· Responsible for monthly Academy maintenance walkthrough and follow up on campus repairs
· Responsible for beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis
· Responsible to safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by actively checking updated government advisories and proposing/implementing new measures to secure the Academy
· Assist HOD of each department to plan and coordinate visits and events in their department
· Responsible for repair and maintenance of the Academy
· Responsible for the usage of utilities in the Academy
· Responsible for sourcing of suppliers and contractors to provide service and equipment to the Academy
· Responsible for purchasing food and beverage equipment to ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standard as expected by the guests and students
· Understand, support, and foster At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy’s culture and philosophy
· Be actively involved in the Corporate Planning Cycle for continuous improvement, i.e. 5 Ps, Performance Appraisal, Work Plan, Budget Planning, etc.
· Be an At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy ambassador inside and outside of the workplace
· Maintain a positive attitude and always be a role model for employees and students
Responsible to co-ordinate with IT vendor and handle IT matters for the academy
· Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers and contractors
· Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 1 year working experience on Facility Management & F&B preferably in the Education industry
· Network/IT/Security System/VOIP/Electrical/ACMV/AV knowledge.
· Experience in IT Server/Cloud Maintenance.
· Able to read and understand network/server architecture and topology.
· Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
· Good planning and organisation skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Skilful and effective in decision making
· Independent, creative, and motivated individual with strong project management skills
· Work independently with minimum supervision
· Possess strong analytical skills & business acumen
· Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in multiple locations and across functions
· Attention to detail
