Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Program Senior Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operational efficiencies.

• Optimize data flows and operational reporting to facilitate improved performance.

• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity within the team.

• Assist in managing daily operations, including execution planning, utilization management, and communication.

• Conduct performance reviews and actively engage with assigned customers to monitor KPIs and drive improvement goals.

• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and standardize processes to boost overall performance.

• Collaborate with various teams across the region to support business growth and development.

• Participate in strategic planning based on forecasts, especially during peak periods.

• Prepare quarterly business review decks and collaborate with the implementation team on project management for smooth onboarding.

• Stay informed about overall market updates and address customer issues with effective mitigation plans.

• Perform any ad hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant educational background in a related field.

• Proven experience in operating independently with creativity and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for conveying crucial information to stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements through standardization.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with a proactive problem-solving approach.
