About the role

You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Education.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works on several ongoing projects at various stages

• Prepare project specifications and project timeline

• Prepare tender or bid documents and vendor procurement

• Submit weekly project reports and updates to stakeholders

• Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines

• Survey client's basic needs and complete commercial assessments

• Prepare PM proposals

• Carry out value engineering, build ability analysis, and critical reviews of design and documentation

• Handle site operations

• Lead and motivate project team members

About you

• Prior experience in Project Management in a D&B environment, or as a Consultant or Contractor

• Degree in a relevant field and/or around one to eight years' experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients

• Strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation

• Expertise in surveying client's basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals

• High level of understanding and technical expertise in business

• Well versed in project products, systems, processes, tools and best practices

• Great sense of urgency when solving problems, improving products or services, finding new markets, and implementing new strategies

• Resilient and able to deal effectively with competing priorities and tight deadlines

• Capable of negotiating to generate risk-assessed solutions and handling ambiguities

• Able to lead and motivate project team members and foster a creative environment

• Clear communicator with superb organisational skills and an eye for detail

• Tech-savvy with capability to use a range of technology platforms
