Quality Engineer - #1168570

Responsibilities

· Oversee incoming, work-in-progress, final and outgoing products quality assurance activities.

· Maintain all quality-related records including records of concessions given by customers.

· Comply with all customers’ drawings and specifications requirements.

· Manage the in-house approval of the First Article (FA) and submission of it to customers.

· Work with customers in resolving their complaints.

· Plan, implement and monitor all correction and preventive actions.

· Implement and monitor equipment and gauges calibration procedures.

· Provide feedback and follow-up on quality issues with suppliers and business partners.

· Manage, supervise, and lead the works of the Quality Assurance (QA) Staffs.

· Knowledge of Semiconductor, Oil & Gas or Aerospace Engineering industries.

· Ensure all test and inspection equipment used for up-keeping quality standards are calibrated.

• Assist the material department with supplier quality management system and development programs.

Requirements

· Minimum in Degree / Diploma in Engineering preferable in Mechanical or Production

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· A team and innovative player

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the area of quality assurance
