E-Commerce Backend Executive - #1168524

Job Scope

• Manage and update e-commerce product listings

• Create new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images

• Upload and maintain listings across marketplaces and webstores

• Monitor listing accuracy, pricing, stock status

• Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory records

• Coordinate stock updates

• Handle backend operations for online marketplaces/webstores

• Basic Excel / spreadsheet work

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and data entry

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide customer support

• Handle order-related issues, exchanges and after-sales service

Requirements

• Organized and responsible

• Good attention to detail

• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a bonus

• Able to work independently

• Fast learner with positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of inventory management

• Comfortable handling repetitive backend tasks accurately

• Basic product photography/editing knowledge is a bonus
