About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis at our Tai Seng North-East Region office. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our client base by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective customers. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will leverage your consultative selling expertise to understand client needs and present tailored confinement care solutions that deliver exceptional value. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, prospect and convert potential clients

• Conduct consultative needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their confinement care requirements and recommend appropriate service packages

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Present and demonstrate confinement care services to prospective clients, addressing concerns and objections with professionalism and expertise

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications and budgets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the customer journey

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and service enhancement

• Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team performance improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, wellness, personal services or a related industry

• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities, with confidence in speaking to diverse audiences

• Experience in relationship building and account management, with a focus on client retention and referral generation

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools

• Knowledge of the healthcare, wellness or service industry, or willingness to rapidly develop expertise in confinement care services

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
