1. QC Technician /Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm/$2,500 - $3,500 @Joo Kooon

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

• Inspect, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

• Identify quality issues and non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Utilise SPC techniques to analyse production processes, identify trends, and detect variations.

• Generate & analyse SPC charts and data to assess process stability and make recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements including ISO 9001 standards

• Participate in audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures and standards

• Calibrate measurement and inspection equipment used in quality control activities.

• Maintain records of quality control activities, inspection results, and non-conformities

2. Technician (Grinding) - Entry/ Mon-Fri; 7am to 3pm /$2,500 - $3,500 @Joo Koon

• Start up & shut down a grinding machine according to the guideline

• Lubrication and maintenance of machine and wheel dressing and machine setup etc.

• Perform grinding operations to components such as Inner/Outer Bore or Roller Path, etc.

• Ensure established parameters, minimal scrap and acceptable levels of output.

• Load parts into feeder or loading chute; cycle machine or engage automatic feed.

• Replace worn grinding wheels and activates present dressing devices to dress wheels

• Monitor machine whether adjustments are require or stop machine operations.

• Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure that surfaces and dimensions meet specifications.

• Lead on maintenance improvement projects and process improvement activities.

3. Plant Maintenance Technician /Weekly Rotating Shift /$2,500 - $3,500 + Shift Allowance @Joo Koon

Morning (7am - 3pm); Afternoon (3pm - 11pm ($8.50/day);

• Check on plant facilities to ensure that all apparatus are working efficiently.

• Ability to perform welding, cementing, plumbing & electrical works

• Attend job requests, complaints , breakdown & defect reports including preventive maintenance.

• Report to supervisor for instructions to carry out further maintenance or repair work.

• Ensure safety for the operation and repair of such plant facilities in accordance to requirements.

• Maintain & submit facilities routine checks record and report to Supervisor in daily, weekly/monthly.

• Perform other instructions required by the supervisor.

4. Heat Treatment Technician /Weekly Rotating Shift /$2,500 - $3,500 + Shift Allowance @Joo Koon

Morning (7am - 3pm); Afternoon (3pm - 11pm ($8.50/day);

• Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.

• Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.

• Set temperature for particular treatment, and onitor the treatment cycle.

• Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.

• Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer’s specifications.

• Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.

• Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.
