Order Management | Woodlands | 6 Months | UP to $5000 - #1168486

Working hours: 2.15pm (or 3.15pm during daylight saving) to 11.15pm (12.15am) to support Europe region customers.

Job Description:

o Provide guidance and subject matter expert on Order Management processes.

o Participate and assist in UATs and signoff.

o Work issues arise from Account Management, Customers, or other Team members.

o Ensure accurate translation of POs, with company approved pricing, into Order Entry system within 24 hours

o Ensure existing backlog are always shippable, and free of any OM related holds.

o Work with Sales, Account Management and Finance on any other holds that prevent the backlog from being shippable.

o Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced in a timely fashion

o Provide accurate responses to queries regarding order status, shipments and backlogs

o Solve day to day problems independently and raise/report problems to Team Lead / Manager

o Maintain customer files and correspondences and ensure accurate and clear filing of documents

o Support and provide documentation for Audit and SOX - Support Customers, Sales and Account Management on all order queries / issues

o Advocate B2B connections with new customers and assist with customer onboarding

o Actively monitor and report system issues and relentlessly follow up with IT to resolution

Requirements:

o Adept with excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Able to interact and perform in a cross-functional team environment.

o Detailed oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills

o A person with experience in a customer-facing environment

o Able to work from Singapore time from 2.15pm (3.15pm) to 11.15pm (12.15am) to support Europe region customers.

Your Experience Includes:

o Proficient ability to work in R12 Oracle ERP, International Trade Controls Systems, and Shipping systems

o Fluency in MS 365 Office applications, including proficient user of Excel.

o Knowledge of accounting principles

o Experience working in the SAP Environment
