About the role

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business users, regional teams, SAP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and service partners to ensure system stability, effective issue resolution, and alignment between business requirements and SAP capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of warehouse business processes enabled by SAP EWM

• Support customer service and logistics operations through the implementation and optimization of SAP EWM solutions

• Contribute to business continuity by providing application support for SAP EWM, ASRS, and AutoStore systems

• Deliver effective training programs to support user adoption and ongoing system proficiency

• Provide insights on market trends and technology developments through analysis and management reporting

• Actively contribute as a collaborative member of a global SAP support and project team

Required experience/skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Service-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across multiple business functions and regions

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities and business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Science, or a related discipline

• Advanced SAP EWM expertise; SAP EWM certification is highly preferred

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules

• Experience supporting warehouse automation solutions, including ASRS and AutoStore environments, would be an advantage
