Job Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
Develop monthly content calendars based on product launches, campaigns, festive seasons, brand stories, and outlet activities.
Manage Telegram channels / groups, including content posting, campaign updates, customer engagement, and information sharing.
Work closely with the graphic team to prepare visuals, videos, captions, Reels, Stories, and promotional content.
Support photo and video shoots, including product styling, filming, editing, and behind-the-scenes content.
Monitor social media trends and propose fresh content ideas suitable for the brand.
Manage social media enquiries, comments, messages, and customer engagement in a professional manner.
Assist the marketing department in planning and executing product launches, brand events, roadshows, pop-up activities, and other marketing initiatives.
Support marketing campaigns, new product launches, collaborations, events, and KOL / influencer coordination.
Track and analyse social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance, and campaign results.
Prepare simple reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with operations and outlet teams to collect content, feedback, and ground-level marketing updates.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, company image, and communication standards.
Assist in other marketing projects and administrative tasks when required.
