Gem Femme is a women-led jewelry brand celebrating modern femininity, meaningful design, and everyday elegance. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Permanent Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to support our Jewel pop-up store.

What you’ll do

• Provide friendly, personalised customer service

• Assist customers with styling and product recommendations

• Support daily sales targets and POS transactions

• Maintain store cleanliness and displays

• Represent the Gem Femme brand with professionalism and positivity

What we’re looking for

• Confident, approachable, and customer-oriented

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Enjoys fashion, jewelry, and engaging with customers

Role details

• Permanent Part-Time

• Up to 34 hours per week (weekly roster). Flexible shift.

• Hourly pay + commission on individual sales achievement
