Trade Specialist / Facilities Executive (M&E) - #1168391

1. Report to the Technical Director and support the Technical Director in the management, audit, and operational oversight of M&E services across the contract.

2. Possess in-depth technical knowledge of M&E works, installation methods, material applications, including familiarity with industry terminology and operational requirements.

3. Well versed in the IFM contract specifications and service requirements relating to M&E trades.

4. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure service partners fulfil contractual frequencies, maintenance standards, workmanship quality, and operational deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.

5. Conduct competency and skill assessments on service partner personnel to ensure workers deployed are suitably qualified and competent for the respective trade works.

6. Provide on-site technical guidance and operational support to CPG FM Operations Teams on M&E related matters.

7. Conduct joint inspections with the Operations Team for the preparation of Technical Reports, investigation findings, and Incident Reports where required.

8. Conduct joint inspections with the PE of sub-contractor for testing various M&E systems to renew fire certificates and inform Operations Team to follow up if any failure is found

9. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment (preferably with M&E background)

• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience

• Strong M&E knowledge and background

• Good planning and organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

• Required to travel to multiple sites

• Preferably able to start within short notice
