Job Summary
The Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer, Liaison Office reports to the Senior Manager / Manager, Liaison Office, and supports MENDAKI’s town‑based outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts.
The role focuses on executing outreach activities, coordinating engagement with community partners, facilitating referrals and enrolment into MENDAKI programmes, and supporting tracking and reporting of outreach outcomes. The jobholder works closely with internal teams and community stakeholders to ensure timely follow‑up and effective delivery on the ground.
Key Responsibility Areas
A. Outreach & Engagement Execution
Execute town‑based outreach activities to raise awareness of MENDAKI services and programmes.
Engage community members, families and partners through outreach sessions, briefings and ground activities.
Support the planning and execution of outreach initiatives in alignment with assigned Town priorities.
Provide on‑the‑ground support for outreach events, engagement sessions and community activities.
B. Stakeholder Coordination & Referrals
Support engagement and coordination with community partners and stakeholders operating within the assigned Town(s).
Serve as a point of contact for partners and stakeholders to facilitate referrals to MENDAKI programmes.
Coordinate referral information and follow up with relevant internal teams to support enrolment and access to services.
Maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagements and referral cases.
C. Tracking, Reporting & Administration
Track outreach activities, participation and enrolment outcomes at the town level.
Update relevant dashboards, systems and trackers to reflect outreach and referral progress.
Compile basic summaries and reports to support monitoring and review by the Senior Manager / Manager.
Maintain proper documentation of outreach activities, stakeholder interactions and case follow‑ups.
D. Operational Support
a. Support coordination of community and organisational resources required to assist families managed by EG Care Advisors.
b. Assist with operational follow‑ups and issue resolution arising from outreach activities.
c. Adhere to service standards, guidelines and reporting requirements in the course of outreach work.
Requirements
Preferably possess a degree.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach and/or stakeholders management.
Possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to work independently and effectively in teams.
Be able to quickly adapt and evolve to better understand the needs of partners, stakeholders and clients and meet new trends.
Possess the ability to problem solve - understand the root causes and recommend solutions.
Have a growth mindset and “dare to try” attitude - open to learn and try new/innovative ideas and learn from others.
