Requirements:

*MS Excel / SAP / Outlook emails

* 1-3 years of relevant Shipping/Logistics Experience preferred

* Experience in export/important documentation is an advantage

*Able to commit to Overtime

*May require occasional overtime during peak shipping periods (March/June/September/December)

*Familiar with incoterms and basic customs procedures.

*Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

*Normal Day shift (8.00am - 5.30pm) (Able to commit OT if required)

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Support

• Prepare basic shipping documents (e.g. Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices)

2. Coordination Support

• Shipment coordination by liaising with the warehouse team, arranging schedules, and following up on shipment status.

3. Operations Support

• Highlight delays or issues to supervisor

• Plan shipments based on customer orders and production readiness

• Handle customs clearance coordination (import/export, where applicable)

4. Compliance & Administrative

• Ensure shipments comply with trade regulations, incoterms, and company SOPs, while supporting internal control, safety, and security requirements.

• Maintain proper filing and records of shipping documents for audit and tracking purposes

5. Customer & Internal Support

• Respond to basic shipping enquiries (with guidance)

• Escalate complex issues, claims, or discrepancies
