1. QA Engineer (Customer Support)/$3,000 - $4,300 -Entry @Woodlands

• Handling customer quality issues & continuous improvement activities of products & processes.

• Coordinate with quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.

• Perform activities such as process optimization, benchmarking through statistical tools/software.

• Handle external audit in accordance to Technical Specifications & ISO standards.

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical with experience in servicing customers' quality related issues.

• Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing)

• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas 2-3 time per month. Entry level are welcome to apply.

2. QA Technician (Entry) /Weekly Rotation | $2200 - $2800 + $70 Meal + Shift Allowance @Senoko

• Day Shift - $9 per shift: Mon - Fri, 8am -6pm /& 6pm-8pm (Overtime)

• Night Shift - $18 per shift: Mon - Fri, 8pm-6am /& 6am-8pm (Overtime)

• Conduct quality testing and inspection to ensure product standards are met

• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe workplace environment

• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and accurately

• Perform reporting & documentation, identify & report quality issues & maintain accurate records

3. R&D Engineer /Up to $4,300 /Mon to Fri (8am – 5.30pm) @Senoko

• Experimental research on the various properties of the company's product compounds,

• Analyses chemical phenomena, develop new product/methodology to improve raw materials.

• New product testing & trial run inspection, work with customer on testing/development stage.

• Work with customers in development of applications and provide technical support.

• QMS documentation (R&D projects, test methods & machine operation establishment, risk analysis)

• Engage with customer on Projects and other departments for technical related issues.

• Support customer & certification audits, and manage purchase of machine, test equipment etc.

• Facilitate tech transfer to production & grade transfer from other plant

• Degree in Science, Chemical Process or Engineering discipline
