Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution in Singapore to hire a Monitoring & Observability Engineer, supporting enterprise observability, monitoring, and resilience initiatives within its Technology Infrastructure team.

What You Will Do
- Integrate local monitoring and telemetry into Group observability platforms.
- Design SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, and resilience reporting capabilities.
- Configure AIOps event correlation, suppression, and alert tuning.
- Drive observability-as-code adoption.
- Serve as the local subject matter expert for monitoring and observability initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of monitoring and observability engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of metrics, logs, traces, and event management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, AIOps, OpenTelemetry, dashboarding, and cloud monitoring.
- ITIL Foundation and cloud certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise monitoring solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for operational resilience and continuous improvement.
