Regional Supply Planning Manager (Manufacturing) - #1168348

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and customer service objectives.

• Oversee production scheduling and material planning to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and optimal resource utilisation.

• Lead the supply planning process by collaborating with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align demand with supply capabilities.

• Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and material availability to improve working capital, minimise shortages, and reduce excess or obsolete stock.

• anage, mentor, and develop a team of planners, driving performance, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Track key planning KPIs, identify supply constraints and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management on supply performance and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business

• At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

• Manufacturing Experience

• Regional Exposure
