Operations Assurance Officer (Till Mar 2028) / Changi Airport - #1168335

Join our team and play a key role in strengthening operational assurance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across airside operations. You will support assurance activities, audits, inspections, and partner collaboration initiatives to uphold operational excellence and safety standards.

• Support end-to-end assurance activities, including planning, execution, follow-up, and closure of audit and inspection findings.

• Assist in audits, inspections, enforcement administration, and related tracking and reconciliation activities.

• Conduct or support airside inspections (e.g., worksites and roadway conditions) using established standards, procedures, and checklists.

• Document inspection findings, monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of identified issues.

• Support training quality assurance reviews and audits for operational competency programmes, including theory and practical licensing pathways, as well as specialised equipment training where applicable.

• Maintain accurate and auditable evidence trails, including records, dashboards, audit artefacts, and action-tracking logs.

• Build strong working relationships with ground handlers and service providers to align on operational standards, expectations, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate operational discussions and reviews using performance data, including learning sessions, corrective action follow-ups, and best-practice sharing.

• Support capability-building efforts with operational partners, focusing on training quality, audit readiness, and incident prevention.

• Foster a strong assurance culture by balancing operational effectiveness with compliance and safety requirements.

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external partners.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic operational environment.

• Prior experience in audits, inspections, compliance, quality assurance, operations, aviation, or related fields will be an advantage.

• Class 3 Licence
