Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing) - #1168314

Location: 4 Woodlands Heights (Company shuttle provided from Admiralty MRT)

Basic Salary: $4,000 - $6,000/month (subject to experience and interview assessment)

Shift Allowances

• Day Shift (8:00am - 8:15pm): +$20/day

• Night Shift (8:00pm - 8:15am): +$45/night

12-hour rotating shift

• 4/3/3/4 work pattern

• Rotates between day and night shift every quarter

Daily 2-way shuttle bus provided from Admiralty MRT

Cleanroom environment (Full PPE required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

• Plan manpower allocation, monitor production progress, and resolve operational issues proactively.

• Report daily production performance and shift updates to the Senior Manager.

• Manage team discipline, shift scheduling, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

• Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development through coaching and skills training.

• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with cleanroom procedures.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate production handovers with other shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyse production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, aviation, or manufacturing industries.

• At least 2-3 years of Production Supervisor experience.

• Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (4/3/3/4).

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE.
