Field Service Technician | 12 Hours Shift - #1167233

Location: Woodlands
Working day/hour: 12 hours rotate shift


Job Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on complex semiconductor tools (e.g., deposition equipment or back-end assembly tools).

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Dismantle, diagnose, and rebuild electrical, mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using diagnostic tools and schematics.

• System Upgrades & Modifications: Execute equipment hardware and software modifications as directed by field engineers.

• Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to safety standards (e.g., ESD, 6S protocols), cleanroom guidelines, and quality control procedures.

• Customer & Shift Support: Document daily incident statuses, handle pass-down shifts, and participate in on-call rotations to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Education: NITEC/Higher NITEC and Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of technical experience in field service, semiconductor manufacturing, or OEM capital equipment maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read electromechanical schematics, interpret technical manuals, and use test equipment.

• Work Environment: Capability to work in high-tech, fast-paced cleanrooms, often requiring 12-hour rotating shifts.
