Procurement Officer needed at Tampines - 5 days work week - #1168269

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing – Purchase Requisitions (PR) via BC (Business Central)

· Process monthly stock indents and purchase requisitions, and generate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accurate and timely completion.

· Oversee daily purchasing operations, including planning, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.

· Collaborate closely with the Operations team to address purchasing needs and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.

· Escalate supplier-related issues when necessary to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.

· Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.

Sourcing & Quotation Management

· Ensure full compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures at all times.

· Assist in sourcing competitive quotations and gathering product samples in accordance with operational requirements and quality standards.

· Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and long-term collaboration.
