Key Responsibilities

As a Project Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of outsourced operations across multiple sites. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and frontline staff to drive operational excellence, maintain service quality, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Lead Operational Excellence

  • Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day operational matters, performance reviews, and service improvements.

  • Ensure operations are delivered in accordance with contractual commitments, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive Workforce Planning & Deployment

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee manpower deployment across multiple locations to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to support hiring, onboarding, and mobilisation of personnel.

  • Monitor workforce utilisation, attendance, and deployment to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Coordinate contingency manpower arrangements to minimise service disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

Champion Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all deployed personnel meet the required certification, clearance, and training requirements before deployment.

  • Monitor certification renewals, mandatory training, competency assessments, and on-the-job training schedules.

  • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with service standards, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.

  • Track operational performance against key service indicators and implement timely corrective actions where necessary.

Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships

  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, site management, and internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitate regular operational meetings to review performance, address challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Manage customer feedback, incidents, and service recovery professionally to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll, Training, and Finance, to ensure smooth project execution.

Analyse Performance & Drive Results

  • Prepare operational reports, management presentations, and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate operational records, compliance documentation, and incident reports.

  • Support strategic projects and undertake additional responsibilities that contribute to the success and growth of the business.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in outsourced operations, manpower operations or large-scale service delivery.

  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large contingent workforces.

  • Strong project management, workforce planning and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and workforce management or scheduling systems.
