Summary:

• Location: East area (transport provided)

• Working Hours: 6 days work week; Shift hours

• Salary range: Up to $2500

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat members and guests courteously

• Respond positively to requests and inquiries, ensuring a nice dining experience

• Gather feedback from patrons professionally and relay it to supervisors

• Assist diligently with pre-opening and closing responsibilities to ensure readiness

• Maintain Proper table setup and cleanliness of service areas.

• Handle payments accurately and present bills promptly

• Exhibit through knowledge of menu offerings, including preparation methods and confidently make recommendation

• Address issues or concerns promptly and effectively

• Familiarise yourself with Club regulations, operating procedures and service standards.
