Safe Management Competency Leader - #1168188

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess EHS risks at all API Plants, provide improvement suggestions, coordinate and organize departments to implement improvement plans, eliminate EHS risk and prevent losses

• Closely monitor and track changes in laws and regulations, take actions to ensure the company complies with legal requirements and mitigate risks

• Support customer EHS audits, manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) reports from customer audits and provide solutions for EHS business departments.

• Establish an internal audit system for API factories, responsible for promoting implementation and managing CAPA

• Support the continuous improvement of EHS management systems in all API Plants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Background in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, process or safety engineering

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in large Pharmaceutical, Chemical Engineering, Safety or environmental-related fields.

• Good communication skills, fast learner and strong adaptability

• Able to collaborate effectively across departments with strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Preferably a Certified Safety Professional, MOM Registered Workplace Safety Health Officer and Occupational Hygienist preferred
