Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Strategy & Needs Analysis
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) / Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with business units to identify skills gaps.
• Support development of learning strategies aligned to organisational goals and competency frameworks.
• Analyse training data to recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Partner stakeholders to translate business needs into structured learning plans.
Competency Development & Capability Building
• Support design and review of competency frameworks for job roles.
• Map training programmes to competencies for capability progression.
• Identify core, functional and leadership competencies.
• Monitor competency development outcomes using training data.
Training Operations & Programme Management
• Plan and coordinate training programmes including enrolment, logistics and scheduling.
• Liaise with stakeholders and training providers for programme delivery.
• Ensure compliance with funding and organisational policies.
• Support budget monitoring and cost-effective learning solutions.
Learning Management Systems & Data Management
• Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS), including updates and user administration.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track participation and effectiveness.
• Analyse data to support decision-making.
Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
• Conduct post-training evaluations and measure effectiveness.
• Identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement of policies and SOPs.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with training providers and educational institutions.
• Support learning engagement across the organisation.
Governance, Compliance & Audit
• Support training audits and ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation for training records and reporting.
• Contribute to enterprise risk management for training processes.
Job Holder Requirements:
Qualification: Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of training administrative experience
Experience in TNA/LNA or competency mapping preferred
Experience managing LMS and training data
Other Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build trustful relationship
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of competency frameworks and adult learning principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
Proven knowledge in Learning Management System / Training System is an added advantage
