LRT Rolling Stock and Systems - Senior/ Technician, LRT Systems - #1168142

Primary Objectives of Position

• Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the safety, reliability and availability of the SPLRT Signalling, Communications and Controls for depot, stations, trackbornes and trainbornes equipment.

• Participate in executing projects modification and minor works are performed as per approved MSRA

Major Responsibilities

• Ensure fast response to clear system fault and carry out the 1st line servicing works.

• Support inter-department activity when required.

• Support the activities of renewal work and upgrading carried out by LTA or the section to ensure the system are not affected.

• Participate in audit by internal and external auditors

• Ensure proper documentation and complete records.

• Perform any engineering work or tasks as being assigned by Senior/ Engineer or Assistant Manager.

Specific Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure that any unsafe practices are reported and corrected accordingly.

• Perform housekeeping and ensure the security of SPLRT S&C office, equipment room and worksite.
