Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team where you will apply your technical skills to repair and maintain heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring service excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, disassembly, assembly, testing, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of heavy-duty vehicles.

• Execute assembling and disassembling tasks on various vehicle systems, such as engines, gearboxes, axles, and cabins.

• Perform retrofitting tasks using provided technical drawings and scope of work (SOW).

• Utilize resources like after-sales programs and electronic parts catalogs to source information on spare part numbers and workshop repairs.

• Employ special tools for efficient repairs and follow manufacturer work instructions using repair and service manuals.

• Diagnose electrical faults using provided diagnostic equipment and conduct technical evaluations to determine corrective solutions.

• Maintain workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards while handling workshop equipment and personal tools.

• Undertake additional duties relevant to the position as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Nitec or Higher Nitec.

• At least 5 years of working experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the heavy-duty vehicle sector.

• Driving license (Class 3) is preferable.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and possess a working knowledge of equipment used in the field.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams; experience with hand and power tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and take ownership of assigned tasks.
