Production Planner
A production planner is responsible for planning the overall manufacturing schedule, coordinating resources and employees in order to meet customer demand and ensure optimal production line efficiency. This includes generating weekly and production plan with Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing and scheduling to ensure uninterrupted fulfilment to customers and ensure this timeline is adhered to. Production planner is also responsible for determining which items and what quantities are manufactured

Key Responsibilities

· Weekly/Monthly Plan & Actual analyse 周/月计划&实际分析

· Raw material calculation/forecast material request原材料计算/预测材料要求

· Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products stagnant inventory confirmation物料、半成品、产成品停滞库存确认

· Production statistics生产数据

· Create Job/Work Order for production & monitor the actual output time生产创建作业/工单并监控实际情况

· Ensure on-time ordering, goods receipt, delivery, and shipment of raw materials and finished products以确保准时订购、收货、交货以及原材料和成品的装运

· Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• 2–3-year Strong knowledge and skills in managing production planning and execution 2-3年在管理生产计划和执行方面拥有丰富的知识和技能

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision能够在最少的监督下独立工作

• Proven ability to manage operators in industrial environment在工业环境中管理操作员的成熟能力

• Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills强大的沟通、分析、批判性思维、谈判和解决问题的能力
