Job Summary

Plan and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects from initiation to completion, working closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with business and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Develop project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage project risks, issues, changes, and profitability.

• Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal project teams.

• Understand business requirements and manage customer expectations.

• Build strong customer relationships and facilitate project meetings and workshops.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate consultants, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and mentor team members.

Project Delivery

• Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

• Support post-implementation stabilization and project closure.

Risk & Quality Management

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with project governance and company standards.

• Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Business Development Support

• Support project estimation, proposal preparation, and solution design discussions.

People Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

2. 5+ years' project management experience in ERP implementation

3. 3+ years' experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV projects

4. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is an advantage

5. Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, and Microsoft Office

6. Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power Platform is an advantage

7. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

8. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver on time.
