The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kiat Lay Coldroom Specialist Pte Ltd as a Refrigeration Technician Cum Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing refrigeration and air conditioning installation, maintenance and repair services to our valued customers in the North Region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration , air conditioning systems and coldrooms

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment

• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance tasks

• Maintain vehicle and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary tools and equipment

• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions

• Document work carried out and maintain accurate records

• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a refrigeration technician, preferably in the commercial/industrial sector

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid Singapore driving licence (Class 3)
