Responsibilities:

• Provide technical installation and customer service for a diverse range of products.

• Conduct installations in adherence to corporate guidelines and technical standards.

• Act as a professional representative in all customer interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.

• Follow up on unresolved issues promptly and efficiently.

• Offer necessary service and assistance as required by the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical installation and maintenance of appliances.

• Experience with cooling appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers.

• Proficient in compressor replacements and gas charging for cooling systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver persuasive service.

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics is advantageous.
