Customer Service Executive - #1166998

Customer Service Executive role (European MNC) focusing on parts and service administration within an industrial or engineering environment.

Role Summary: Coordinate all administrative functions and the Service Division’s business needs. This includes managing the customers from receiving service requests to final delivery of services

The core responsibilities can be summarized into 4 key areas:

• Customer & Service Support: Handling trading sales calls and inquiries, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

• Service & Sales Administration: Managing the full cycle of service execution, including generating SAP requisitions, creating Service Orders in the FSM backend, preparing quotations, and coordinating logistics for parts delivery.

• Operational Optimization: Analyzing and improving administrative processes, monitoring Work In Progress (WIP) in the FSM task pool, and assisting Service Engineers with load tests and billing documentation.

• Reporting & Compliance: Compiling sales statistics, tracking team performance metrics, coordinating internal communication (meetings, leave), and adhering to EHS and 5S standards for service facilities and vehicles.\

Qualification

• Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field is typically preferred. Relevant certifications and training are also beneficial.

Experience

• 1 years' experience or less in customer service, administration or related field.

• Produce a deep understanding of administrative processes, office management, and relevant software tools.

• Good team player with ability to work independently.

• Working experience in a diverse cultural environment.
