Location: Kaki Bukit, East Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to $4,500 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

• Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records.

• Handle leave administration, CPF submissions and statutory requirements.

• Support recruitment, interview coordination and HR documentation.

• Oversee office administration, procurement and general administrative duties.

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in both Accounts and HR functions.

• Experience working in an SME environment will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and MOM regulations.

• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently as the sole Accounts & HR personnel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
