Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, providing timely and professional support.

• Process customer orders, quotations, and related documentation accurately to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Handle enquiries on products, pricing, lead times, deliveries, and post-sales requests, including exchanges and returns.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer issues and ensure on-time delivery.

• Maintain accurate customer records and support general administrative and ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service in FMCG or Food sector will be preferred
