We are expanding rapidly and looking for several Field Service Engineers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers in Singapore. As a key member of our Customer Service Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our customers' production facilities.

What you will be doing

1. Conduct site surveys prior to tools installation

2. Support and perform on-site installations and acceptance tests

3. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issues

4. Perform tools preventive maintenance

5. Implement equipment upgrades and modifications

6. Liaise with headquarters on customers' tool problems, repairs and upgrade services

7. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service via phone, email or in person

8. Conduct training to our customers' on-site personnel

What we are looking for

1. Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field

2. Fresh Diploma graduates as well as those with a few years of working experience in a similar technical role in the semiconductor industry to fill different level positions

3. Semiconductor process knowledge, especially in photolithograph mask alignment, nano-imprint etc

4. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently

5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals and documentation

6. Familiar with quality control and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams

8. Willingness to work overtime as needed
