Banking Telesales Officer (CBD / Office Hours) - #1167905

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known bank as a Banking Sales Officer (Telesales). In this role, you will be based in Raffles Place, playing an important part in engaging retail customers by cross selling the bank's products such as loans.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote banking products and services professionally.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while identifying customer needs.

• Cross-sell loans, cards and balance transfer solutions to meet sales targets.

• Collaborate with Team Leader to execute effective sales strategies and achieve team KPIs.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of telesales experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

• Sales-driven, results-oriented team player with a proactive attitude
