Logistics Admin (Basic $2.5k-$3.3k + OT/Islandwide) - #1167863

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements

• Order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.

• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.

• Key in cycle count details into company system and prepare accurate reports for Operations Executive

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely

• Other ad hoc been assigned

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ level

• Experience in warehouse/logistics documentations/logistics admin preferably in 3pl industries

• Meticulous and possess positive attitude
