Job Details:
• Location: Chai Chee
• Salary: $12/hr
• Duration: 11 Aug to End Sep
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 6pm

Job Scope:
• Handle inbound calls or emails
• Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised

Requirements:
• Min GCE O Levels with at least 2 years of customer service experience or Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree with no experience welcome
• Able to commit throughout
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
