About the role

We is seeking an IT Support cum Admin Assistant to join our team in the North Region on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to develop their career in IT support and administration within the electronic and semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users whilst assisting with general administrative duties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic technical environment and contribute directly to the smooth operation of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, and office equipment.

• Help staff with simple hardware and software issues.

• Set up computers, email accounts, and user access for new employees.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate major IT issues when needed.

• Keep IT equipment and asset records up to date.

• Handle filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general enquiries.

• Order office supplies and maintain office inventory.

• Provide general administrative support to the team.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in IT, or equivalent.

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Basic understanding of computers and IT troubleshooting.

• Willing to learn and able to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask.
