About the role

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the North Region on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of our digital marketing operations, driving measurable results through data-driven campaigns and optimisation across all performance marketing channels. You will be instrumental in delivering return on investment (ROI) for our marketing initiatives and directly contributing to the growth objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplaces, primarily Shopee and Lazada)

2. Set strategy for, plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases

3. Set and manage budgets, pacing, and ROAS targets while balancing growth and efficiency

4. Make independent calls on channel mix and budget reallocation across platforms based on performance

5. Understand retargeting segments and implement strategies to create impactful audiences for highly optimised ad performance

6. Developing, implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising and programmatic buying

7. Analysing campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, optimisation opportunities and areas for improvement

8. Managing budget allocation across campaigns and channels to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

9. Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise ad creative, landing pages and conversion funnels

10. Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences

11. Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to identify best practices and emerging opportunities

12. Producing regular performance reports and presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management

13. Liaising with media partners, agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and optimise campaign delivery

14. Implementing and managing marketing automation and analytics platforms to track campaign performance

15. Training and mentoring junior marketing team members as required

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or related roles, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team

2. Proven expertise in managing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)

3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data interpretation and reporting tools

4. Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and experience with A/B testing methodologies

5. Understanding of marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

6. Excellent project management abilities with capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

7. Strong communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

8. Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making

9. Familiarity with HTML, CSS or basic coding knowledge is advantageous but not essential

10. Knowledge of the Asian market and consumer behaviour in the region is preferred
