Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Events Sales Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve individual revenue targets and sales KPIs.

• Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities through various outreach methods.

• Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline utilizing networking and referrals.

• Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development activities.

• Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client objectives and offer tailored event solutions.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless event planning and coordination.

• Ensure the smooth delivery of meetings and events.

• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MICE or events sector.

• Proven track record in acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.

• Experience engaging corporate clients and influencing key decision-makers.

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Demonstrate a proactive sales approach with a strong hunter mentality.

• Excellent networking, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
