About the Role
As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring RFQs, supplier engagements, purchase orders and deliveries are executed efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, working with international suppliers and contributing to a fast-paced industrial environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
Coordinate and monitor RFQs from receipt through completion.
Prepare and follow up supplier enquiries with local and overseas suppliers.
Evaluate quotations based on pricing, lead time and commercial requirements.
Coordinate purchase orders, supplier commitments and procurement activities.
Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with logistics providers.
Maintain procurement records and workflow visibility using the Company’s systems.
Work closely with Commercial, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Support SOP implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
Relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Coordination or Industrial Trading is preferred.
Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, MRO, marine or project procurement environments will be an advantage.
Education
Diploma, Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related disciplines.
