As a Senior Manager, Workplace Safety & Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute organisation-wide workplace safety, health, and well-being strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and recognised management standards.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of workplace safety management systems across multiple sites or business units.

• Oversee enterprise-wide safety risk management, including risk assessments, safe work practices, and high-risk operational activities.

• Monitor safety performance metrics, investigate incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve organisational safety outcomes.

• Design and implement occupational health, employee wellness, and well-being programmes to promote a safe and healthy workforce.

• Foster a strong safety culture through leadership engagement, employee training, competency development, and awareness initiatives.

• Manage internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, certification activities, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, regulatory authorities, clients, and other key external stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the workplace safety team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant WSH experience with at least 5 years in a leadership safety management role.

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Fire Safety Manager, ECMO, ECO, or related certifications is an advantage
