We are a Singapore-based supplier of labels, thermal paper rolls and packaging materials serving customers across healthcare, F&B, logistics and retail industries.

We are looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to support our sales growth and manage customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers

• Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling and outreach

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Update sales activities in CRM system

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making sales calls and follow-ups

• Sales experience is preferred

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication
