As a Senior Manager - Corporate Planning and Performance Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Create regional strategic and transformation plans in coordination with various external agencies

• Analyse developments and curate content for reporting as well as ensuring alignment with HQ workplans

• Ensure alignment on strategic objectives and assist in translating them into relevant KPIs for performance tracking and management. This includes recommending robust methodologies for target setting across KPI Balanced Score card and Group work plan

• Manage procurement activities, and ensure all financial processes comply with organizational policies and standards.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by supervising direct reports and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in any relevant field
