Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations related to recruitment, employee relations, and manpower planning.

• Ensure compliance with fair employment practices and enhance candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and meet recruitment needs.

• Coordinate with educational institutions and support career fair initiatives.

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes effectively.

• Continuously refine recruitment policies and processes for improved efficiency.

• Maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies.

• Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards.

• Contribute to HR operations, employee engagement, and additional projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.

• Experience in HR operations is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• High level of integrity in managing sensitive information and projects.

• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with employees at all levels.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to handle a demanding workload and effectively work hands-on.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
