Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Operation Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and service delivery across various sites.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with service standards and SLAs.

• Manage manpower deployment, including attendance, productivity, and performance.

• Liaise with clients to maintain positive working relationships and effective communication.

• Investigate incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Manage cleaning consumables, equipment, and operational resources.

• Propose initiatives for operational improvements and increased productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning or facilities operations.

• Preferred experience in managing cleaning teams.

• Familiarity with WSH regulations and cleaning service standards.
