QA Engineer - #1167802

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure product quality by conducting inspections, managing quality documentation, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and supporting compliance with quality management systems in the semiconductor and aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Review incoming material documents to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues and obtain material approvals.

• Manage incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality assurance activities.

• Conduct process, product, and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Investigate quality issues, analyse reports, and prepare concession, deviation, CAR, NCR, and NOI reports.

• Review project specifications and prepare quality documentation, including ITP and SMDL.

• Perform final inspections against the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Prepare, review, and submit FAI documents in accordance with customer requirements for approval.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or aerospace manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, GD&T, and other quality management tools is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
